John Hood is the Chairman and President of the John Locke Foundation, a NC think tank that issues policy studies, hosts dozens of informational events each year, produces radio & TV programs and publishes the Carolina Journal, a monthly newspaper. Dr. Hood is an author, syndicated columnist, radio show commentator and weekly panelist on TV shows. Dr. Hood is a respected intellectual in NC and revered nationally for his leadership on conservative views.
