A free clinic to assist homebuyers who were victims of fraudulent business practices acknowledged by Beazer Homes. Charlotte School of Law students will work with homebuyers to determine eligibility to receive restitution and review any necessary paperwork.
Law students will provide instructions for filing claims against a restitution fund up to $50 million that Beazer agreed to pay under a deferred prosecution agreement.
Translators will be available to assist Spanish-speaking homebuyers.
