Beverly's Gourmet Foods Vegetarian Cooking Class March 26th
Learn how to cook with tofu, tempeh, quinoa and TVP. The class meets in my kitchen at the YWCA and you gather around me while I make a vegan soup, vegan burger, an entree, a quinoa salad, roasting vegetables, and a salad dressing. After the class, we will gather in the art gallery at the YWCA for a huge feast of everything I prepared. You can book private classes with friends, book clubs, or girls night out.
